awstats power ups
AWStats may look a little dated, compared to Analytics, Metrika and the like - I mean, just looks at its, well, "efficient" website. But still, it's a very powerful tool to tell you what's going on on your webserver. So, in order to make it yet a little more useful, here are some ways of improving it's overall experience (a work-in-progress post):
Modern (ajax) front-ends for awstats:
- https://github.com/webino/JAWStats (a fork of http://www.jawstats.com/)
- https://github.com/felix/awestats (yet another fork/rewrite)
- Nordlicht (a PHP front end, last update 2011)
A PHP parser for awstats data files https://github.com/AaronVanGeffen/AwstatsParser
An improved JS tracker script https://github.com/ben8p/awstats/blob/master/awstats_misc_tracker.js
PHP tool to read multiple AWStats statistics files and combine numbers into one output awstatstotalforday
